Ready for Talk with CNRP
Samdech Chea Sim, the
President of Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) wrote in a letter responding to Mr.
Sam Rainsy, the President of Cambodian National Rescue Party (CNRP) that CPP
was ready to talk and to solve the remaining issues with CNRP by standing on
the election results, reconciliation and country unification. As a matter of
fact, CPP is willing to negotiate so as to find solutions for both parties by depend

Korean Military Officer Further Enhances Cooperation with Cambodia
A fruitful cooperation for 11
years between the Republic of Korea and Cambodia was the important theme which
had been raised to discuss during a bilateral meeting between H.E. Lim Kwan
Bin, Deputy Minister for National Defense Policy of the Republic of Korea and
H.E. Pol Saroeun, Commander in Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces on 30
August 2013. In a meeting, H.E. Lim Kwan Bin highlighted a good cooperation with
Cambodia in the field of military for the year 2013, adding that Cambodia is a
closest friend of the Republic of Korea. Besides, he also admired for a rapid
development of Cambodia in all fields. For his part, H.E. Pol Saroeun expressed
his profound thanks and warmly welcomed for cooperation provided by Deputy
Minister for National Defense Policy of the Republic of Korea, saying that this
will further strengthen the relationship and cooperation between the armies of the
