          Minister of Information Says the Contempt, the Violation of Law and Constitution are Not the Freedom of Expression

 

With a rapid development of society, over 100 million people in the ASEAN countries knew clearly about surfing the Internet and social network as the people can get any information, which is very important to society. Anyhow, some information are true but some are not (such as the contempt, Photoshop, discrimination and so on). Therefore, the people should carefully analyze and consider so as to find the reality concerning those information. Please remember that the contempt, the violation of law and constitution are not the freedom of expression, said H.E.        The Prime Minister of China, Cuba, Brunei, and Korea Congratulate Samdech Techo Hun Sen as the Prime Minister

 

 

The leaders of the partner countries have congratulated the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) on its victory in the 2013 general election for the fifth legislature of the National Assembly. “I would like to express my warmest congratulations to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo on reappointment as the Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia. I believe that friendship and cooperation are the custom between the two countries, and it will be further strengthened through desire and interest of the nations of both countries”, said H.E. Park Bong-Joo, the Prime Minister of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, in a letter to Samdech Techo Hun Sen. (Kampuchea Tmey, 27 September 2013)
