Ministry
of Interior Not Yet Permits the 3 days Non-Violent Demonstration of Mr. Sam

The Phnom Penh City Hall has
not yet permitted the 3 days non-violent demonstration of Cambodian National
Rescue Party (CNRP) to be held from 15 to 17 September as it is waiting for
decision from the Ministry of Interior. The representative of CNRP met the
representative of Phnom Penh City Hall yesterday so as to discuss about planned
demonstration of CNRP. Indeed, the aim of the protest is to claim for an
independent committee establishment in order to seek justice for the election
results. The protest will be made for 3 days with the presence from 20,000
people. Besides, the movie, song as well as yoga will be performed on that day,
said Mr. Ho Vann, the representative of CNRP. (Rasmei Kampuchea, 12 September

Sen-Rainsy Stay Aside While Welcoming the King
While welcoming the King returns
home from China at Phnom Penh International Airport yesterday, there was
neither talk nor shook hands between Samdech Techo Hun Sen and the leader of
CNRP. In the VIP Lounge awaiting the arrival of the King, Samdech Techo Hun Sen
sat inside the room, while Mr. Sam Rainsy and Mr. Kem Sokha sat outside. (Rasmei
