         Prime Minister Considers “Human Capital” As a Sharp Factor for Sustainable Economic Growth in Cambodia

 

In a message on the occasion of opening a new academic year 2013-2014 to be held on 1 October, Prime Minister Hun Sen said that the Royal Government of Cambodia still strongly pay attention on “human capital development”, which is a sharp factor in supporting economic growth in Cambodia both present and future. “I think that a good education is a key to solve all social economy issues. A competitive advantage of the nations is mainly depend on human resources factor with a broad knowledge, an invention and skill. In addition, we have to appreciate the learning as it helps to develop the country in all fields as well as accelerate integration with equity in the region and the world”, he added.
